Return policy for Quick Safety®

At Quick Safety®, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a return option.

Cancellation period: You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

Return costs: We bear the costs for the return shipment, only if the return shipment is not due to faulty or damaged products.

Conditions for the return:

- The goods must be unused and in their original condition.

- All labels and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

Return process:

1. contact our customer service at info@quick-safety.de and let us know that you wish to make a return.

2. our customer service will provide you with all the necessary information and instructions for the return.

3. return the product according to the instructions

4. upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price [or make an exchange, depending on your policy].

5. special order: items with customized text and logo cannot be returned after the order has been placed.

 

Please note that Quick Safety® reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our returns policy.

This right of return is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
